Job responsibilities

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

  • Handle customer inquiries with confidence, whether it’s over the phone or online
  • Solve problems efficiently and effectively—no excuses, just results
  • Provide clear, honest information about our products and services
  • Keep meticulous records and update customer accounts like a pro
  • Work with your teammates to deliver the best customer service experience, period

Job requirements

  • At least 2 years of solid customer service experience—no rookies
  • Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new tools and software
  • Strong communication skills, both spoken and written
  • Self-starter who can manage time and tasks without hand-holding
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home workspace
